01 About the app and who uses it

SkySeo is a business management system intended only for merchants and their staff (manager, supervisor, courier). It is an internal work tool for managing orders and deliveries, and is not aimed at end customers.

To create an account and use the app, you must be a subscribed merchant or a staff member added by that merchant.

02 Data we collect

We collect the following data to operate the service:

• Account data: email and password (the password is stored encrypted via the authentication service).
• Store data: store name, manager name, phone number, and contract number.
• Staff data: names and roles of staff (manager, supervisor, courier) added by the merchant.
• Order data: order details entered by the merchant or staff, which may include end-customer information (name, phone, address), payment method, and amount.
• Notification token: a device identifier used to send push notifications, if enabled.

03 End-customer data

The merchant or their staff may enter end-customer data (name, phone, address) as part of an order, for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery.

04 How we use data

• Operating the app and managing orders, deliveries, and settlements.
• Authenticating users and enforcing their roles (manager / supervisor / courier).
• Sending operational notifications between staff — e.g. assigning an order to a courier, confirming delivery, or a new incoming order. These notifications can be controlled from the settings panel.
• Calculating courier rewards and settlements.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with commercial third parties.

05 Per-store data isolation

Each store's data is fully isolated from every other store. No store can access another store's data; this isolation is enforced at the database security-rules level.

06 Storage and security

Data is stored on secure Google Firebase servers (Europe region). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and strict role-based access controls are applied.

07 Sharing with third parties

We only share data with the technical service providers necessary to run the app:

• Google Firebase — hosting, authentication, and database.
• Expo — push notification delivery (if enabled).

We do not sell your data to anyone, nor use it for external marketing.

08 Data retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as the store is subscribed to the service. To request deletion of your account or store data, contact us at the email below, and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

09 Your rights

• Access your data and request a copy.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Control notifications from within the app.

10 Children's privacy

The app is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date will appear at the top of the page, and your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
