01 How to request deletion

If you are a merchant's staff member (manager / supervisor / courier)

1. Ask your store manager to delete your account from the "Staff" screen in the app.
2. Or email skyseo25@gmail.com with the subject "حذف حساب SkySeo" (Delete SkySeo account), including your registered email and store name.

If you are the merchant (store owner)

1. Email skyseo25@gmail.com the same way — subject "حذف حساب SkySeo" (Delete SkySeo account), with your registered email and store name — and ask to delete the store and all its data.

02 What is deleted

• Account data: name, email, phone number, and role (manager / supervisor / courier).
• Notification token: the device identifier used to send push notifications.
• Location route points (couriers): deleted automatically about 7 days after they are recorded, regardless of any deletion request.

03 What is kept, and for how long

Order and financial settlement records are kept under the store's name (not linked to the deleted account) for up to 5 years for accounting and legal obligations, and then deleted.
