01 Nature of the service

SkySeo is a business management system that lets merchants manage orders, deliveries, couriers, and settlements. The service is intended only for merchants and their staff (manager, supervisor, courier) and is provided on a subscription basis.

02 Accounts and eligibility

• You must be an adult (18+) and authorized to represent your business.
• The merchant is responsible for the accounts they create for staff and for those staff members' permissions.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access other stores' data or accounts.
• Attempt to hack the system or bypass security controls or permissions.
• Misuse the service in a way that harms other users or the technical infrastructure.
• Resell the service or make it available to a third party without permission.

05 Subscription and payment

SkySeo is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription details and fees are set out in the agreement between you and us. Failure to pay the subscription may result in suspension of access to the service.

06 Service availability

We strive to keep the service available as much as possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance periods or outages beyond our control may occur (such as hosting or internet disruptions). We are not liable for damages resulting from a temporary service interruption.

07 Data and backups

We apply reasonable backup procedures to protect data. Nevertheless, we advise merchants to keep their own important records. We are not liable for data loss resulting from misuse or circumstances beyond our control.

08 Intellectual property

All rights to the SkySeo app, its name, design, and source code are owned by us. Using the app does not grant you any right to this property. The store data you enter remains yours.

09 Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated. You may also stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date will appear at the top of the page, and your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes are resolved accordingly.
